The result
Result: SSA: the 2026 standard Part B premium is $202.90, and higher premiums apply above $109,000 MAGI (individual filers) or $218,000 (married filing jointly). If your income drops after a life-changing event such as stopping work, you can ask for a new decision with Form SSA-44.
